- Refer an eligible opportunity: Introduce investors seeking financing for non-owner-occupied, business-purpose real estate. Do not submit owner-occupied or consumer-purpose financing requests.
- We evaluate the introduction: Phlash reviews the transaction and may connect the investor with an appropriate private-money financing source, subject to underwriting, lender guidelines, program availability, and applicable law.
- Referral compensation: Compensation is available only for eligible introductions where permitted by applicable law and the applicable lender agreement. Compensation is not available in every state or transaction, and written terms must be confirmed before an introduction.
